Hobo Handline Fishing Kit Part 1
This weeks project is one I’ve been itching to try for quite awhile. The full kit isn’t completed yet, but I got the handline finished yesterday.
It’s made from a section of pine carved to shape with my Mora Triflex and a good bit of sanding. It’s whipped with OD green paracord, with a lanyard. It’s’ finished with mineral oil. The bobber is a hollowed piece of aspen.

I keep three of these hobo handlines in my bug out bag. Can cast out around fifty feet which is enough for the small river I fish in.
